This Sales & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made through Mahoning Valley Book Bazaar (“MVBB,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including event tickets, vendor table fees, and MVBB-operated merchandise.
By completing a purchase with MVBB, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.
1. General Sales Terms
- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
- Applicable sales tax (currently 7.5% in Mahoning County, Ohio) will be applied where required by law.
- Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified.
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment processing.
MVBB reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.
2. Event Tickets

- Tickets grant access to the event only and do not guarantee specific experiences, panels, or vendors.
3. Vendor Table Fees

- Vendor table/booth fees secure space within the event marketplace.
- Space is confirmed only after full payment is received.
- Vendor placement and layout are determined at MVBB’s discretion.
Refund Policy
Vendor fees are non-refundable.
4. MVBB Merchandise Sales
Sales Terms
- Merchandise sold directly by MVBB (e.g., branded items) is subject to availability.
- Prices and product offerings may change without notice.
Refund & Return Policy
All sales are final.
5. Vendor Sales Disclaimer
- MVBB does not process or control transactions made at vendor tables.
- All purchases made from vendors are solely between the customer and the vendor.

- Product quality or accuracy of vendor claims.
Customers should contact vendors directly regarding any issues.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting MVBB may result in:
- Denial of future purchases or participation.
- Additional administrative review.
We encourage all customers and vendors to contact us directly to resolve any issues.
7. Policy Modifications
MVBB reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.
