Apply to be a Vendor!

We have 2 types of tables available: vendor and author.

• Vendor Tables: $100.00 full price / $75.00 early bird
• Author Tables: $50.00 full price / $35.00 early bird

Early bird pricing is available for vendors and authors who are accepted and submit payment of their table fee by 07/31/2026.

If you are representing books you have written, we ask that you apply as an author.

If you are a bookseller, literary organization, press/publisher, or similar, we ask that you apply as a vendor.

A limited number of vendor tables may be available to appropriate authors. If you are interested in upgrading to a vendor table, please email us at hello@mvbookbazaar.com upon your application's acceptance.

Vendor Table Fee Includes:

• 8-foot table
• White table cloth
• Two chairs for vendor staff
• Two general admission tickets for vendor staff
• Promotion on all MVBB social channels

Author Table Fee Includes:

• ½ of shared 8-foot table (one 4-foot section per author)
• White table cloth
• One chair per author
• One general admission ticket per author
• Promotion on all MVBB social channels

The Bazaar is being hosted at the Holiday Inn Youngstown, located at 7410 South Avenue, Youngstown OH 44512.

Saturday, November 7th, 2026 from 9AM - 5PM.

Tables, white table cloths, and chairs are included in the vendor and author fees.

No. There are many restaurants within walking distance of the venue.

Yes. Coffee, tea, and water will be available throughout the day. Additional drinks can be purchased within walking distance of the venue.

Yes. From the Vendor/Author Registration page, select the desired number of “Table Staff: General Admission” tickets needed for your staff members.

Note: Vendor Table fees include 2 general admission tickets. Author Table fees include 1 general admission ticket.

You are responsible for your inventory, sales, and the collection of sales tax, if applicable. For more information on sales tax for Mahoning County, please go to tax.ohio.gov/business/sales-and-use-tax.

Yes. Wi-Fi is available on the sales floor to assist you in processing orders. If accepting cash payments, please remember to bring change.

Detailed instructions will be emailed to you prior to the Bazaar. While volunteers may be available to assist you, please bring enough staff to ensure timely set-up.

We are an inclusive event and expect attendees of all ages, backgrounds, reading levels, and lifestyles.

We will be providing FREE swag bags to the first 100 attendees and will hold basket raffles throughout the day. Basket raffles will include books and book-related merchandise provided by our attending authors and vendors. More information will be sent via email. This FAQ will also be updated when more information is available.
